Grim Alice
Alice has no last name. She has no past other than what Nephilim, an organization governing the human and supernatural worlds, has given her. Intelligent and determined, she is a perfect fit for this life. She was also a perfect fit for her partner Yukio, a noble Nephilim Pureblood with lineage and patrimony stretching for centuries. Yukio was everything a snow god was expected to be---beautiful, cold, and deadly. Too bad for Alice. Happily ever after could never be expected for a human and a god, but lovers dream beautiful dreams before vicious reality forces them to awaken.
WARNING: Murder is quite common in this world. Regret is about zero here. Hence, copious amounts of blood, death, sex, and a wee-bit of gore awaits you. Orphan. Daughter of no one and product of the foster care system, Alice wears self-control like skin. She accepts her new life in Nephilim's Genesis program. She remembers only a handful of the times she's been killed. Yukio holds ridiculous amounts of fascination for her. She becomes his lover and enjoys every minute of it until his betrayal. Alice is going to live and die by her love for him---even if she has to cut out his heart.
"I never needed anyone before. Ever. Now I would die for you. When I first saw you I didn't think anyone could ever be so beautiful, so...perfect. But you hated what I represented. You hated that a lowly human could have more power than you---a god. So you punished me by making me fall in love with you. Are you satisfied now, Yukio? Is your godly pique done ruining me? Yukio
Demigod. Last male heir of the Yamagata line. Cold, controlled, and a veritable icicle, Yukio finds his emotions run entirely too high around Alice. Resistant to her charms for about a minute RT (Real Time), his contempt finally melts beneath her touch. He loves Alice to the point of self-destruction but will not let his honor break.
"The very sight of you stirred me to feel emotion. You were absurd and completely beneath me, Alice. It was said you would benefit me more than by breeding. I refused to believe.
